Step 1: Order a breath ketone testing device

Step 2: Enter breath ketone values
After you’ve purchased your breath ketone meter and taken your first readings, simply use the Add Data button to manually enter values into your Heads Up profile:
Note: You can also electronically connect your Ketonix account to Heads Up Health to enable automatic data synchronization. Use the ‘Connect Data’ button and then choose ‘Other sources’ and then click the icon for Ketonix.
