Practice fit FAQ
What does the practice fit tool show?+
It shows which measures Heads Up can bring into one patient record for your type of practice: laboratory results, scans such as DEXA and bioimpedance, wearable and home device metrics, nutrition logs, cycle tracking and patient check-ins. Each one trends over time beside the others.
Is this a diagnostic tool?+
No. It is a guide to what Heads Up can record and trend. Clinical decisions stay with your team, using your own reference ranges and protocols.
Where does the data come from?+
Lab results arrive through structured lab feeds or AI transcription of lab reports. Scans and devices connect through 100+ integrations with the equipment and wearables your patients already use, and patients can log symptoms, habits and therapies in the app.
Can we add our own markers and ranges?+
Yes. Reference ranges, groupings and display names can be set for your organization, and new markers can be created from the lab reports you import.
Is patient data secure?+
Heads Up is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II, with encryption in transit and at rest.
